Bryan, Texas – mtvessell Design Studio has signed Parc at Traditions for multi-media branding and Phase 1 website design projects. Parc at Traditions is a joint development with Parc Communities, a leader in upscale, hospitality-enriched seniors housing. Parc at Traditions is a highly-anticipated new senior living community in partnership with Texas A&M University and Traditions Club and Community. Located adjacent to the university’s 200-acre Health Science Center campus, Parc at Traditions residents will enjoy lifestyle enhancements through exclusive programmatic collaborations with Health Science Center researchers, educators and students.
The initial phase of a vibrant senior living campus, Parc at Traditions will house 154 senior living units comprised of 90 independent-living, 40 assisted-living and 24 memory care apartment homes incorporated into a stylish, resort-like setting. Conveniently located in the heart of the community, Parc at Traditions will offer residents unparalleled access to club/community activities and amenities, as well as the ATLAS Town Center and the university. Construction is scheduled to begin first quarter 2016, with completion planned for the summer of 2017.
